- Lack of insight on user behavior - on new registrants and on existing users who have beenflagged on another site for various reasons (e.g. abusive online behavior or exemplary online behavior)
- Lack of user-accountability for their own behavior - ReputationShare holds users accountable because actions may have consequences on multiple web sites
